GROUP CLASSES
Group classes at 3 Tonnes Gym aim to develop full body functional strength and the VO2 max of its participants. This is done primarily through full body efforts, stimulating the main muscle groups of the body with relatively heavy weights, for multiple periods of 20 to 60 seconds separated by small breaks. For functional strength development, this type of training is the most efficient relatively to the invested time.
The advantage of working with small groups (3 to 5) is that the focus is put on YOU. With smaller numbers, more attention can be given to each person individually.
Plus, we take care of documenting your progress during these classes.
